- Customer Errors: If you provide the wrong Business URL or link, and the reviews are delivered to that link, we cannot offer a refund.

Instead of a refund for dropped reviews, we offer a 100% Replacement Guarantee.
- If any review is removed or “drops” within the 30-day warranty period, we will replace it free of charge.
